Bad customer service and still waiting for my order even though I paid for expedite shipping

I have called many, many times and they just give me the run around Emailed then 2 x a day for over a week and they never replied. I paid to expedite the order more than a week ago. This is after the original order was canceled and I never got notified. Such a nothorrible company.

Hello, My name is Misty Huggins My Account number for this order not shipped is # 102xxxxx-xx ! Your company hasnt shipped to me not even 1 item from this order I turned in to your Company. I kept checking my Account for a shipping date, and tracking number.! Your company decided that you couldnt ship my order out to me on buy now pay later as said! Instead now even though you still have not shipped my order, I am receiving bill after bill. ,after freaking bill from ypu all. If you would have sent me my order as said, then I would be more than happy to pay for the items ordered as said . I did not and still have not received not 1 single item froM the order i hadplqces with you. You did not ship the order like u said u would do, I never once agreed to making payments prior toany of the order shipping! You should have do e lime u told me that u would do, I will not make a payment o n this order until i have received the items i ordered. I just want a catalog. I almost didnt ask for one when I finally got a human on the phone and had to repeat EVERYTHING TWICE for her. And your slogan for irritated customers is a turn off, Pissed? Not exactly a professional word. I thought it was a misprint at first. Found it very offensive, Probably dont care but Im telling you anyway, Blessings.

Past orders were processed in a timely fashion. This order however has been a disappointment. It has taken twice as long as previous orders prompting me to reach out to customer service. The agent was quite helpful.

Describing my complaint

I mainly complained about how difficult it is to learn about a product ordered. Your website is ridiculous and not simple. I love miles Kimball and look forward to ordering but this experience has made me think twice. Other websites allow you to call and talk to a helpful clerk. Yours does not but forces us to go thru a process to even send a simple email. It is truly absurd. All other companies have this figured out and have better customer service access. Cant you do the same?

Im very disappointed! I sent you in plenty of time my granddaughters names and addresses so they could get letters and an ornament from Santa. Olivia is 7 and has been getting these for 6 years-NOT this year!!! Another granddaughter did receive hers 1 out of 3!! The fact that you have my money isnt even an issue its the fact that they were anticipating that letter!!! How many children have you withheld letters from???
